TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as by using our website, submitting an order and/or purchasing any products you are agreeing to be bound by them.
Billing will appear as 7Leagues London. Cheque's are also accepted and should be made payable to "7 Leagues" goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. We accept international MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta and Solo

All prices on our site are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include free delivery. Next day delivery is available at an upgrade cost of £12.95 for parcels up to 25kg in dimensional weight. PLEASE NOTE: Free delivery only relates to goods supplied to the UK mainland. For overseas/offshore deliveries an extra £10 (£5 for Northern Ireland/Ireland/outlying UK islands) will be charged on items weighing up to 1.25kgs. For heavier items outside of the UK mainland please order online and we will contact you with a quote for delivery, no payment will be taken until the delivery price has been agreed.

VAT is included in the price (unless otherwise stated) charged at 17.5% and is subject to change without notice.
7 Leagues London is VAT registered (Vat No. 527 222 466).

  1. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
    7Leagues will provide a refund if there is a genuine fault with the manufacture of the product and it is not fit for the purpose intended (as stated in the trade description act). Other conditions include:
    1. The goods remain complete, unused and are returned in the original packaging.
    2. You inform us of your intent to return the goods BEFORE you send them back (not doing this will signifcantly delay your refund).
    3. The cost of the return delivery, for the product to be refunded, shall be paid for by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by us. The refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned to 7 Leagues and have been inspected by us. 7 Leagues can arrange for the pickup of the product to be refunded, but will deduct the charge from the refunded price.

Returns that are not genuinely faulty can be returned for a refund (minus the cost of delivery) within 14 days. Any returns must agree to the three conditions above. All refunds are processed within 28 days of reciept of the items.

If we are unable to despatch a product due to unavailability, or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment taken without obligation to fulfil your order.

  1. EXCHANGES
    Exchanges are at the discretion of management and the customer will incur the additional delivery cost of any replacement.
  2. DELIVERY
    We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) provided on our website. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by telephone (01628 667383) or email and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.

    We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.
    Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box.
  3. COPYRIGHT
    Copying and printing portions of this website is permitted only for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose without written permission from 7 Leagues London.

  4. DISCLAIMER
    7 League Boots  should be used with high quality safety equipment such as helmet, gloves and kneepads, in open spaces away from traffic and individuals should have a thorough understanding of how the product operates/handles before being left to use the product alone. It is the responsibility of each individual to the purchase relevant insurance where applicable. 7 Leagues accepts no responsibility for the injury or fatality of an individual or third party whilst using any products sold through ourselves.

  5. SECURTY & PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
    7 Leagues are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. No information collected by us on this site will be sold, rented or loaned except as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy and consented to by you.

    We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided, for example, at the time of ordering. This data is referred to in this policy as 'personal information'.

    When you order, we collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order(s) and to notify you about the status of your order(s).

    We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about news and information about goods and services we think you may find valuable. At every point on the site where such personal information is collected, we give you the option to tell us if you do not want your personal information used in this way. If at any later stage you decide you would rather not receive such information please contact us by sending and email to sales@7leagues.co.uk and typing "NO MAIL" in the question/comment box.

    The information collected will also be used to help us provide further services on this site in the future.

    We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, (i.e. when fulfilling orders), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Our contractors have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. 7 Leagues do not sell or share any information about you as an individual user of this site unless you agree to us doing so.

    Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computers hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and help us to track visitors to our site, so we can better understand what portions of our site best serve you. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising in connection with either the third party's use of your data, the site content or the services offered to you by these sites.

    When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all credit card information you input before it is sent to us via the PayPal payment system.

    Please see our security policy for further information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

    It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you have finished using a shared computer.

    You do not have to provide 7 Leagues with any of the information requested, however your computer will need to accept cookies to enable you to place orders.

    7Leagues  do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may order from 7Leagues only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  8. COMPLAINTS
    7Leagues will undertake to handle a complaint fairly and competently. We will keep you informed either by telephone or email at each stage and will endeavour to fully resolve your complaint within 72 hours.   9. POLICY CHANGES
    If we decide to change our policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Any changes to this policy made by Internet Fusion will be posted here and will take effect immediately. 7Leagues reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without notice. PRICE PROMISE
The price promise offered by 7Leagues London is entirely discretionary and subject to agreement between 7leagues staff and the client before the Price Promise is approved. Please note that all mandatory fields on the Price Promise must be completed otherwise it will not be validated. The Price Promise does not apply to the following:

-eBay listings or shops
-Websites outside of the UK
-Private sales listed on the internet
-Clearence prices
-Products of the same type but different brand names; these are classed as different products

Please note that it is imperative to provide exact details of the competitors product URL so we can verify the prices listed. Additionally please remember that other websites may add delivery and even VAT on to their prices, so it is imperative that you gather the total price for the item before you send us a Price Promise email.
